This campaign is carried out by virtue of Commercial Permit No. 20212158965, issued by the Makkah Chamber of Commerce & Industry to Al Souq Al Azraq Office (CR No. 4650268324).

The permit is valid from 19 December 2025 to 16 February 2026 and covers all cities in the Kingdom.
